Mirchi Turns the Idea of ‘Home’ Into a Five-Part Conversation With ‘HomeMade’ on Mirchi Plus

Mirchi has launched a new show on its digital platform Mirchi Plus, titled HomeMade: The Journey from a House to a Home – a five-episode series that explores what the idea of home truly means to the people who have built, bought, or simply longed for one.

Hosted by Rajesh Kumar, the show takes a personal rather than purely practical approach to its subject. Each episode blends intimate conversations about memory, belonging, and lived experience with broader perspectives drawn from real estate, interior design, and homeownership. It is less a how-to guide and more a reflection on why home carries the emotional weight it does – and what it takes to get there.

The guest lineup spans entertainment and public life, featuring Shivankit Parihar, Badri Chavan, Anurag Thakur, Priya Malik, Paritosh Tripathi, and Ravi Kewal Ramani. Each brings a distinct vantage point to a theme that is, by its nature, deeply universal.

HomeMade is available on Mirchi Plus and the platform’s YouTube channel, making it accessible well beyond radio audiences. It will also air on Mirchi Mumbai 98.3 every Sunday between 11 am and 12 noon, bridging the brand’s digital ambitions with its traditional broadcast reach.

The show is presented by LIC Housing Finance – a partnership that aligns naturally with the subject matter, given the financier’s long association with helping Indians navigate the path to homeownership.

For Mirchi, HomeMade represents a push into longer-form, emotionally resonant content – the kind that builds audience loyalty rather than just reach.
