Havas Media India has been named the integrated Media Agency of Record (AOR) for Matrimony.com Ltd, India’s leading online matchmaking company, home to marquee brands including BharatMatrimony, Elite Matrimony, and over 300 community matrimony platforms.
Under the mandate, Havas Media India will oversee integrated media strategy, planning, and buying across online and offline channels. The agency will deploy its data-driven planning ecosystem and AI-powered consumer intelligence capabilities to drive business growth and deeper consumer engagement for Matrimony.com’s diverse portfolio.
Headquartered in Chennai and listed on both BSE and NSE, Matrimony.com commands strong category leadership with a nuanced understanding of regional audiences across socio-economic segments. The partnership represents a strategically significant win for Havas Media India, further consolidating its expanding South India footprint, which already includes marquee clients such as Swiggy, V-Guard, Muthoot FinCorp, and Joyalukkas.
The agency’s South operations are led by Sujata Singh, President – South, whose leadership has driven considerable regional growth over the past year. Havas Media India has simultaneously strengthened its presence in both Bengaluru and Chennai, operating under the integrated Havas Village model that brings together media, digital, content, commerce, and technology under one collaborative roof.
