Himalaya has named Vikas Gupta as CEO of its India business, effective September 23, 2026, as he exits VLCC where he currently serves as CEO and MD. With 27+ years across FMCG, digital commerce and consumer strategy, Gupta’s run includes nearly two decades at Unilever across global markets, a stint as Flipkart’s Chief Customer and Marketing Officer, and leading Nykaa’s Superstore, Nykaa Pro and International businesses before taking the helm at VLCC. He now steps into one of India’s biggest herbal wellness brands as it pushes deeper into healthcare, personal care and baby care — another big leadership move in India’s consumer and wellness space.
