The six-part content series turns familiar male insecurities into humour while positioning XYXX Sculpt Vest as an everyday confidence essential.
Men’s shapewear has largely remained an unexplored category, often associated with discomfort or stigma. Innerwear and lifestyle brand XYXX is looking to change that conversation with its latest comedy-led campaign, created in collaboration with content studio 145 East.

Instead of directly selling shapewear, the campaign draws from everyday behaviours men display when they feel conscious about their bodies – repeatedly adjusting their clothes, pulling shirts away from their stomachs or worrying about how they appear on camera.
The six-episode series uses exaggerated situations to turn these otherwise awkward moments into entertainment, introducing the XYXX Sculpt Vest as a simple solution.
The first episode, ‘The Bangla Baddies’, follows a man who remains more concerned about his appearance than his safety after being kidnapped. The film has crossed 125K views online. The second episode, ‘The Shirt Puller’, focuses on a man who compulsively pulls his shirt away from his body, regardless of the situation.
Through these absurd scenarios, XYXX attempts to make conversations around men’s bodies and shapewear more relatable, without positioning the product as something men need to be embarrassed about.
Petal Gangurde, Chief of Brand & Culture, XYXX, said the campaign aims to make the category familiar through humour, with the belief that greater comfort with the conversation can eventually drive adoption.
The campaign reflects XYXX’s broader strategy of making men’s shapewear feel like a contemporary wardrobe essential rather than a corrective product.
The remaining episodes will explore more everyday quirks and insecurities, continuing the brand’s effort to make the category more approachable.
