Hyundai Motor India has appointed para archer Sheetal Devi as its brand ambassador. The 19-year-old is the world No. 1 para archer and reigning world champion, alongside being an Arjuna Awardee, Paralympic medallist, two-time world record holder and three-time Asian Games medallist.
As part of the association, Devi will feature across Hyundai Motor India’s purpose-led marketing campaigns, accessibility programmes, inclusion initiatives and social impact communication.
Tarun Garg, managing director and CEO, Hyundai Motor India, said true progress comes from the courage to challenge limitations and inspire change, describing Devi as more than a champion athlete – a symbol of what determination can achieve when barriers are replaced by opportunity. He added that her journey inspires millions, and that the partnership supports Hyundai’s “Progress for Humanity” vision, aiming to spark conversations around inclusion, accessibility and equal opportunity while encouraging people to pursue their aspirations without limitations.
