Hinge Unveils New Campaign on Quiet Signs of Love

Hinge has launched a new brand campaign in India aimed at singles looking for a more intentional approach to dating, with a focus on trust, clarity and confidence. The film is built around the idea that love does not always arrive through dramatic moments, but can emerge through quieter signs, when someone begins to feel like the right person.

The campaign follows Hinge’s recent India-focused product update, which introduced Waitlist and Screenshot Protection, both available exclusively in India, alongside Face Check. The app is also adding a Block List for contacts, along with Signals, Comment Filter and Match Note. Under the phased waitlist, some new members will be placed on a waitlist after creating their profile. During this period, they can add photos, answer prompts and verify their profile before they begin matching and liking.

Jackie Jantos, CEO of Hinge, said love is deeply personal and there is no singular path to finding it. She added that Hinge wants to listen and learn from singles in India so it can adapt the app to their needs, and help more people find meaningful relationships in a way that suits their lives.

Ben Celebicic, chief product and technology officer at Hinge, said people are more open to connection when an experience feels safe and thoughtful. He explained that Hinge in India has been designed around what helps daters feel comfortable signing up, expressing themselves and giving each other their full attention. As the community grows, he said, the experience will keep evolving so singles can focus on getting to know one another.
