The Advertising Club (TAC) has announced its managing committee for the 2026-27 fiscal year following its 72nd AGM in Mumbai. Dheeraj Sinha, CEO of McCann India (part of Omnicom Advertising India), has been re-elected as president for the second consecutive year.

The new committee brings together senior leaders from across advertising, media, marketing, digital and communications, reflecting the breadth of India’s industry. Amitesh Rao will serve as vice president, Ajay Kakar as secretary, Sonia Huria as joint secretary and Pradeep Dwivedi as treasurer. Managing committee members include Aparna Bhawal, Darshana Shah, Jitender Dabas, Mitrajit Bhattacharya, Satya Raghavan, Sapangeet Rajwant and Varun Sethuraman.

Punitha Arumugam, Sagnik Ghosh and Avinash Kaul join as co-opted members. The special invitees are Ajay Chandwani, Lulu Raghavan, Amin Lakhani, Debasree Dasgupta, Subramanyeswar S., Saket Jha Saurabh and Amogh Dusad. Rana Barua continues on the committee as immediate past president.

Commenting on his re-election, Sinha said the past year began TAC’s transformation on the principle of change with continuity, preserving the legacy of seven decades while evolving for new times. The Club brought in greater diversity, upgraded its events and re-envisioned its positioning as a beacon for an industry at the cusp of transformation. He said 2026-27 will be about amplifying that momentum and leading the industry through change with a strong, collective voice.

The committee will focus on deepening industry engagement, creating more opportunities for members and building knowledge and capability.
