AdGlobal360 (AGL), the India arm of Japan-headquartered Hakuhodo Inc., has acquired a majority stake in Mumbai-based independent digital agency Auburn Digital Solutions, in a move aimed at deepening the Hakuhodo Group’s technology-led digital capabilities in the region.

The acquisition is set to expand the group’s integrated digital marketing offerings across India, the UAE, and Singapore. Founded in 2013, Auburn Digital Solutions specialises in performance marketing, digital media operations, SEO, social media marketing, creative production, and technology solutions, having built a diverse client base across multiple markets through data-driven digital strategies.

Hakuhodo describes the partnership as a fusion of its global marketing expertise and Sei-katsu-sha (people-first) philosophy with AdGlobal360’s digital transformation capabilities and Auburn’s regional strengths, aimed at delivering integrated marketing and technology solutions.

Ashish K Tripathi, Managing Director of Auburn Digital Solutions, called joining the Hakuhodo Group a defining milestone in the agency’s journey, pointing to Hakuhodo’s global legacy and innovation focus as a strong foundation for growth. Harsh S Kedia, CEO of Auburn Digital Solutions, added that digital transformation powered by automation and AI would be central to the organisation’s future business plans, with the partnership positioned to meet rising market demand.
