adidas Named Official Kit Partner for Inaugural Esports Nations Cup

The Esports Foundation has partnered with adidas for the inaugural Esports Nations Cup (ENC), naming the sportswear brand as the tournament’s official kit partner.

Under the partnership, adidas will design and produce competition apparel for national teams representing more than 100 countries and territories. Around 2,000 athletes and coaches will receive customised jerseys and tracksuits, with national team kits set to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

The inaugural Esports Nations Cup is scheduled to begin on November 2, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, featuring national teams competing across 16 esports titles.

Mohammed Al Nimer, Chief Commercial Officer, Esports Foundation, said national team jerseys carry identity, pride and the ambition of an entire country or territory. He said partnering with adidas, one of the most iconic brands in global sport, gives esports athletes the chance to represent their nations with the same meaning and prestige seen across traditional sport, adding that the collaboration will help create powerful national moments and inspire a new generation of players and fans.

Phillip Waller, adidas SVP Brand Development, said the company has spent decades outfitting athletes at the world’s biggest sporting events and understands the role a jersey plays in identity, belonging and competition, noting that the tournament offers the opportunity to bring that experience into esports at a global scale.

The Esports Nations Cup introduces a nation-based competition format to the global esports calendar. Organisers said more than 700 coaches from over 90 esports organisations have been appointed to support national teams ahead of the tournament.
