Amazon Takes Beautyverse Beyond Mumbai With a Storefront Built for the Rest of India

Amazon India is bringing back Beautyverse for 2026, its annual beauty showcase, but this year the event isn’t staying confined to a single Mumbai venue. Alongside the physical gathering on June 20, the company is launching a dedicated online storefront on Amazon.in, opening up product launches, creator content and brand discovery to shoppers nationwide.

The in-person event will pull together beauty brands, creators, executives and industry voices for conversations spanning skincare, wellness, beauty entrepreneurship and the shifting habits shaping how Indians shop for personal care. Founders and representatives from consumer goods companies are expected to join panels focused on brand building and digital retail, while the online storefront mirrors that experience for anyone outside the venue, letting customers browse participating brands and access offers tied to Amazon’s upcoming Prime Day sale.

The timing isn’t incidental. Amazon pointed to sustained growth in premium beauty on its platform, particularly among shoppers gravitating toward ingredient-led skincare and international labels. Beautyverse 2026 leans into that shift, spotlighting categories like Japanese beauty, French pharmacy skincare, luxury cosmetics, Middle Eastern fragrances and men’s grooming, a mix designed to mirror exactly where Indian beauty consumption is headed.

The event also folds into Amazon’s broader creator-commerce push, with its influencer network expected to drive much of the discovery happening on the storefront. By linking Beautyverse directly to Prime Day in July, Amazon is less interested in a one-off showcase than in turning beauty discovery into a funnel that ends in a cart.
