Bharti Airtel Q4 FY26: Profit -34% to Rs 7,325 Cr; Revenue +16%

Bharti Airtel’s Q4 FY26 consolidated net profit (post-exceptionals) fell 34% YoY to Rs 7,325 crore from Rs 11,022 crore. Revenue climbed 16% to Rs 55,383 crore; EBITDA rose 17% to Rs 32,038 crore (57.8% margin vs 57.2%); EBIT +21% to Rs 18,156 crore.

PBT surged 36% to Rs 13,205 crore; tax expense +33% to Rs 4,033 crore. Pre-exceptional net income +39% to Rs 7,245 crore.

Capex up 12% to Rs 16,066 crore; op free cash flow +23% to Rs 15,973 crore; net debt -19% to Rs 1,64,789 crore.

Sales/marketing expenses rose 20% to Rs 3,532 crore. India revenue +8% to Rs 39,566 crore; Africa +41% to Rs 16,034 crore.

Board proposes Rs 24 final dividend per full share (face Rs 5); Rs 6 for partly paid. Payable within 30 days post-AGM if approved.

Executive Vice Chairman Gopal Vittal said: “We ended FY26 on a strong note, demonstrating the power of our diversified portfolio. FY26 was an important year in our journey – we crossed the 650 million customer mark, launched our telco grade sovereign cloud, received RBI approval through our subsidiary to commence the lending business, and accelerated the expansion of our data centre footprint.”
