Aligning with the global theme “Accelerate Action,” the initiative underscores Canon’s commitment to creating systematic opportunities enabling women to excel both personally and professionally.

The campaign features a compelling video highlighting daily challenges women face while showcasing Canon’s concrete steps toward gender equality and inclusive progress. Women are celebrated not merely as participants but as essential pillars of organizational success, demonstrating that inclusivity transcends policy to become practiced reality.
