Hakuhodo India Group has appointed Jayanto Banerjee and Naoto Takahashi as co-managing directors, succeeding Kosuke Kataoka, who is moving to a global role in Japan. Banerjee brings over three decades of brand-building experience across India and the Middle East, while Takahashi adds expertise in corporate strategy and cross-border business integration.
