Havas Expands Experiential Marketing Portfolio with MUT Acquisition

Havas has announced the acquisition of MUT, a Barcelona-based agency known for impact-driven experiential marketing and sustainable events. The deal strengthens Havas’ experiential offering in Spain and expands the Group’s ability to help clients connect with audiences through brand experiences and live events.

Founded in 2010 by CEO Nacho Gómez, MUT is a 30-member team with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects. The agency positions itself as a “Positive Creativity” partner, designing brand experiences and events that create social, environmental, and business value. Its client roster includes Audi, Freixenet, T-Systems, Bodegas Torres, Veepee, Totogi, NTT DATA, and Zurich Seguros, making it one of Spain’s most recognised event agencies.

MUT will be integrated into Havas Spain, reinforcing the Group’s capabilities across brand experiences, live events, and sustainable event solutions, as part of its broader growth strategy in the region. Gómez will continue leading MUT as CEO, ensuring continuity in its business model and positioning.
