Humans of Bombay has launched The Human Company, a new corporate structure bringing together its strategy, creative, production, original IP and distribution businesses under one roof.
The move follows over a decade of growth for Humans of Bombay, which has published more than 7,000 stories and built a community of over seven million people. The storytelling platform will continue as the group’s flagship property, while The Human Company will now run the wider business spanning content, media, original IPs and brand solutions.
The company currently works with brands including AWS, Samsung, HSBC, Myntra and Zomato.
As part of the restructuring, Amit Sobti has been elevated to chief operating officer, and Jasleen Kaur Gupta has been elevated to chief creative and strategy officer.
Karishma Mehta, founder & CEO, The Human Company, said Humans of Bombay began with the belief that stories can change how people see the world. She added that over the past twelve years, this belief has evolved into something larger – a company built to help ideas become movements, brands become part of culture, and stories create lasting, real-world impact beyond the platform itself.
