Bringing this idea to life is the Father’s Day Couverture Chocolate Briefcase Cake, a handcrafted dessert shaped like a chocolate briefcase, layered with chocolate sponge, caramel diplomat cream and a crunchy textural layer to reflect the dedication fathers carry daily.
The collection also features Dad’s Favourite Pistachio Chocolate Pastry, combining rich chocolate sponge with velvety pistachio mousse and finished with a playful edible moustache, alongside the Belgian Chocolate Brownie (No Added Sugar), offering deep chocolate flavour and a dense, fudgy texture for those seeking indulgence without added sugar.
