Kinder has launched its “Kinder Happiness Times” festive gifting range, paired with an immersive Diwali experience in Mumbai. The range includes three packs inspired by classic Diwali symbols: Rocket, Anar and Lantern. Each pack features Kinder Joy, Kinder Creamy and Kinder Schoko-Bons Crispy, giving families a playful way to share sweets this season.
The campaign uses the packs and accompanying content to introduce children to Diwali traditions, stories and symbols. By turning familiar festive icons into fun gifting formats, the brand aims to make the festival more engaging and relatable for young audiences.
To bring the idea to life, Kinder hosted the Kinder Festive Home at Phoenix Marketcity, Mumbai, on October 13, with actor Karisma Kapoor in attendance. The walk-through experience recreates the elements of a Diwali celebration, including rangoli, torans, diyas, lanterns, garlands and mithai. Visitors can take part in hands-on activities such as making rangoli, creating a toran, decorating a porch with diyas, and painting and hanging lanterns and garlands. The experience runs from October 10 to 24 and is open to families.
Zoher Kapuswala, Marketing Head at Ferrero India, said Diwali is a festival families experience through traditions, stories and shared moments, and the gifting range was designed to bring those traditions alive. He added that Karisma Kapoor’s energy made the experience even more engaging, and expressed hope that the range becomes an integral part of Diwali celebrations this year. The new gifting packs are available through traditional and modern trade outlets as well as e-commerce platforms.
