Kotak Mahindra Bank has elevated Jyoti Samajpati to Executive Vice President – Head of Marketing. In her new role, she will lead consumer marketing, customer propositions, strategic partnerships, go-to-market strategy, customer experience, and lifecycle management across the bank’s consumer banking portfolio.
