Building on the momentum of Zydus Lifesciences Limited’s #LiverKiSuno campaign, TheSmallBigIdea (TSBI) has scripted and produced an influencer-led initiative featuring actors Vivek Dahiya and Sana Makbul, extending the campaign’s core message to digital audiences through relatable, everyday storytelling.

The original #LiverKiSuno campaign introduced the concept of hidden “villains” silently affecting liver health, fronted by one of India’s most recognised on-screen villains, Ashish Vidyarthi. It spotlighted excess body weight, diabetes, and high triglycerides as key risk factors that quietly harm liver health, encouraging people to recognise these threats and act before it’s too late.
Building on this narrative, TSBI brought on Vivek Dahiya and Sana Makbul – both known for their strong association with fitness, wellness, and healthy living – as authentic voices to carry the message forward. Through social-first content rooted in everyday life, the duo draws attention to how common, often-overlooked health conditions can quietly turn into the liver’s biggest adversaries, making a clinical subject feel personal, relatable, and easy to share.
With this influencer-led extension, #LiverKiSuno moves beyond pure awareness into everyday conversation, encouraging audiences to identify the hidden villains within their own lifestyles and start listening to what their liver may already be telling them.
The initiative reflects a broader shift in health communication – using familiar faces and relatable narratives to make preventive care conversations feel less clinical and more human, ultimately nudging audiences toward timely, informed action for long-term liver wellness.
