Meta has rolled out Meta One, a new subscription line spanning Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI, with Indian pricing starting at Rs.79 a month. The core apps stay free – Meta One is positioned as an add-on layer offering deeper AI access and exclusive features, with over 50 new additions rolling out and Edits and AI glasses support planned down the line.
For individual users, three single-app plans lead the lineup: Instagram Plus (Rs.99/month) adds custom DM and Story fonts plus Story-view alerts; WhatsApp Plus (Rs.79/month) brings extra themes, sticker effects and more pinned chats; Facebook Plus (Rs.99/month) offers custom app icons and super hearts. Two bundled tiers go further – Core (Rs.549/month) folds in all app-level perks plus expanded AI tools like Meta AI image/video generation, Instagram Restyle and voice effects, while Premium (Rs.1,950/month) unlocks even higher AI access.
Creators and businesses get their own four-tier ladder – Essential, Advanced, Expert and Max – starting at Rs.639 and scaling to Rs.20,990 monthly. Perks range from enhanced profiles and verified badges to advanced scheduling, exportable analytics, team account access, and heavier Meta Business Agent capacity for accounts operating at scale.
Meta says early testers of the bundled plans leaned heavily on both AI and expression tools, with features like Restyle and voice effects cited as key subscription drivers. An upcoming Edits Plus tier will add cloud storage and an AI assistant for insights and content ideas. Rollout is global, with pricing and features varying by market.
