Mobavenue AI Tech Limited has reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, delivering robust year-on-year growth across revenue, profitability and margins. The company’s unaudited consolidated results highlight the continued scale-up of its AI-powered, outcome-driven advertising and marketing platforms.

Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹5,512 lakhs, registering a sharp 67.2% YoY growth compared to ₹3,297 lakhs in the corresponding quarter last year. This momentum was driven by increased direct advertiser demand across structurally expanding sectors such as quick commerce, BFSI, fintech and retail, along with growth in international markets and rising traction in Connected TV (CTV) and video advertising.

EBITDA for the quarter rose 113% YoY to ₹1,225 lakhs, with margins expanding by 480 basis points to 22.2%, reflecting operating leverage and disciplined cost management. Profit After Tax (PAT) also more than doubled, increasing 107.4% YoY to ₹761 lakhs, while PAT margins improved to 13.8%.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Mobavenue reported revenue from operations of ₹15,585 lakhs, EBITDA of ₹3,202 lakhs with a margin of 20.5%, and PAT of ₹2,091 lakhs with a margin of 13.4%, underscoring consistent performance across the fiscal year.

The Board has declared a 5% interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share, with promoters voluntarily forgoing their entitlement. In addition, the company approved a preferential allotment of equity shares aggregating nearly ₹50 crore to non-promoters, strengthening its capital base.
