Netflix has appointed Raghav Raj Kodesia to its Original Films & Licensing function in India, further strengthening its content pipeline and partnerships in the market. He joins from Saregama India, where he led the artists & repertoire (A&R) division, and brings extensive experience across content development, talent management, and digital ecosystems. Kodesia has also held key roles at Team India Champions, Arré, and ZEE5, contributing to original IP creation, scripted content, and multi-platform entertainment strategies.
