Omnicom Media Unveils Hearts United, a $9.1 Bn Global Media Powerhouse

Omnicom Media has launched Hearts United, a new global media network formed by merging its Hearts & Science and Mediahub agencies. Operating across 40 markets, the agency debuts with roughly $9.1 billion in 2025 billings, positioning it among the industry’s major players from day one.

The merger unites two networks with strong recent momentum – Hearts & Science grew billings 50% and Mediahub 33% between 2021 and 2025, a trend Omnicom says has carried into 2026. Hearts United is built around a model that fuses media, data, technology, creativity and commerce, tracking how attention moves across platforms, creators, communities and AI-driven spaces.

Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski said the combination merges Hearts & Science’s data-first approach with Mediahub’s creative media positioning under one global banner. The agency already ranks first in the US for year-to-date new business and third globally and in EMEA – notable given it’s competing against rivals up to three times its size.

Its operating philosophy rests on four pillars: outcomes-oriented accountability tied to client growth, AI-driven predictive workflows, cross-channel “ecosystem mastery,” and smaller, senior-led teams with fewer handoffs.

Nicole Estebanell will lead the US business, with Ross Jenkins heading EMEA; APAC and LATAM leadership will be named in Q4. The launch caps a strong year for Omnicom Media, which has won $4.1 billion in new billings in 2026 from clients including Adidas, Delta, Dyson and IBM.
