The hero of the range is a drink born from Singh’s own coffee routine – Starbucks’ Brown Sugar Cinnamon Oat Iced Shaken Espresso topped with SuperYou’s Vanilla Protein Cold Foam. The result: hand-shaken espresso laced with brown sugar and cinnamon, crowned with a protein-rich foam that makes every sip count nutritionally.
The launch builds on the success of the duo’s earlier Protein Cold Foam collaboration, which was introduced to Starbucks India menus earlier in 2026 and quickly found its footing with health-conscious consumers.
Singh framed the new beverage as an upgrade to an already beloved ritual. “Starbucks’ signature Iced Shaken Espresso is bold, smooth, and full of character – adding SuperYou’s vanilla protein cold foam is the perfect upgrade,” he said.
Adrit Mishra, COO at Tata Starbucks, noted that the strong early response reflects a broader shift in how Indian consumers are approaching their daily choices – seeking products that are both accessible and intentional.
SuperYou co-founder Nikunj Biyani added that embedding protein into everyday habits like coffee dramatically improves adoption. His personal pick? The mango protein foam.
The collaboration signals a sharpening focus on the intersection of café culture and functional nutrition in India’s fast-evolving wellness market.
