Truecaller has partnered with Route Mobile to expand the reach of its Business Messaging platform for enterprise customers. Under the agreement, Route Mobile will give enterprises access to Truecaller Business Messaging, enabling them to send verified, rich-media messages through the platform.
Priyam Bose, Global Head of GTM at Truecaller, said the partnership marks a significant step in expanding the company’s global footprint by helping more businesses connect with customers through trusted, contextual messaging, adding that it will drive broader platform adoption and open new strategic opportunities for enterprise customers through Route Mobile’s well-established global network.
Tushar Agnihotri, CEO of Route Mobile, said the collaboration brings together Route Mobile’s CPaaS infrastructure with Truecaller’s extensive user base and rich-media capabilities, enabling brands to communicate more effectively, build trust and engage customers more meaningfully. He added that the partnership supports secure, reliable communication at scale, helping businesses strengthen engagement and improve campaign performance.
The platform gives businesses access to more than 500 million monthly active users on Truecaller worldwide. It supports both one-way and two-way communication, verified business messaging, hyperlinks, smart-priority sticky notifications, read receipts, and the ability to share images, documents and videos.
The partnership positions Truecaller as a stronger player in the global business messaging space, offering enterprises a trusted, feature-rich channel to reach customers at scale while reinforcing Route Mobile’s role as a key enabler of enterprise communication infrastructure.
