VIP Industries has unveiled its latest marketing initiative, Travel VIP, alongside the introduction of three new luggage collections – VIP Classic, VIP Flex, and VIP Pod. Conceptualised by McCann India, the campaign uses a series of short films to spotlight the distinct design and functional features of each collection.
The VIP Classic offers an expandable compartment for added packing capacity, while the VIP Flex features a front-access panel with a 90:10 opening construction for greater convenience. The VIP Pod stands out with a built-in cup holder, mobile holder, and a suspension wheel system – catering to the evolving needs of modern travellers.
Managing Director Atul Jain positioned the launch as a brand inflection point, describing it as “VIP 2.0” – a response to the increasingly dynamic nature of travel and the heightened expectations of today’s Indian consumer.
McCann India’s Head of Creative, Mayuresh Dubhashi, noted that the creative approach deliberately shifted focus from destination-led narratives to the quality of the travel experience itself. Each film was crafted to show how thoughtful product design can transform an ordinary journey into a premium one – reflecting a broader premiumisation strategy for the brand.
The campaign will be amplified across regional television, Connected TV, out-of-home media, and influencer platforms. All three collections are available in-store and online, with prices beginning at ₹6,950.
