Shashwat Goenka has been appointed Vice President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Vice Chairman of the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group and founder of Guiltfree Industries Limited, Goenka is known for driving growth and innovation across the FMCG and retail sectors. Recognised as a Young Global Leader 2024, he brings leadership experience from Spencer’s, Nestlé India, and KPMG India to his new role at CII.
