Reliance Jio has launched a new prepaid entertainment add-on pack priced at Rs 200, aimed at consolidating streaming access for users seeking multi-platform OTT subscriptions under a single, affordable recharge.
The newly introduced OTT Pass grants subscribers access to 15 streaming platforms alongside more than 1,000 live television channels through the JioTV app. Valid for 28 days, the pack includes 30GB of high-speed mobile data and has been listed under the “Entertainment Plans” section on Jio’s official website.
The bundle covers a broad range of streaming services, including YouTube Premium, Prime Video Mobile Edition, JioHotstar, Sony LIV, ZEE5, Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, Sun NXT, Kanchha Lannka, Planet Marathi, Chaupal, Hoichoi, FanCode, Times Play, and Tarang Plus. On the live television front, channels from major broadcast networks – including JioStar, Sony Entertainment, Sun TV Network, Warner Bros. Discovery, and ETV – are included, spanning entertainment, regional, and lifestyle genres.
It is worth noting, however, that sports channels are excluded from the bundle. Additionally, the Rs 200 pack functions strictly as a data add-on and does not include voice calling or SMS benefits, making it supplementary to an existing base plan rather than a standalone offering.
Jio has also clarified that eligible subscribers with an active base plan will continue to receive unlimited 5G data benefits until their current plan’s validity lapses.
The launch reflects Jio’s continued strategy of aggregating digital content to drive deeper platform engagement and increase average revenue per user within its growing prepaid subscriber base.
