HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG) has named 4AM Worldwide as its strategic creative and brand partner following a competitive multi-agency pitch. The partnership is aimed at strengthening HCG’s brand presence and enhancing patient engagement across its expanding oncology network in India.
Under the mandate, 4AM Worldwide will lead integrated brand communications, strategic storytelling, campaign development and brand transformation initiatives. The agency will work closely with HCG to build a stronger and more cohesive brand narrative while improving communication with patients, caregivers and healthcare communities.
The collaboration comes at a pivotal stage in HCG’s growth journey. The healthcare network recently expanded its footprint with the launch of a comprehensive cancer hospital in Hebbal, Bengaluru. The facility introduced Karnataka’s first MR-Linac technology, reinforcing HCG’s focus on precision oncology and advanced cancer treatment.
As part of the engagement, 4AM Worldwide will focus on creating culturally relevant and emotionally resonant communication strategies that simplify healthcare conversations and strengthen trust among stakeholders. The agency will also support HCG’s broader brand architecture as the organisation continues to grow its presence across the country.
Commenting on the partnership, Manu Sankar Das, Chief Marketing Officer, HealthCare Global Enterprises, said healthcare communication today must go beyond information sharing and be rooted in empathy, trust and clarity. He noted that 4AM Worldwide’s strategic approach to storytelling and brand building aligned strongly with HCG’s vision.
Anand Nair, Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at 4AM Worldwide, said the mandate presents an opportunity to shape meaningful conversations around healthcare awareness, patient trust and engagement. He added that the focus will be on creating communication that is both culturally relevant and emotionally grounded.
The partnership marks a significant step in HCG’s efforts to strengthen its brand while continuing to advance patient-centric cancer care across India.
