Bigbasket has appointed Amit Nanda as its new Chief Executive Officer. Nanda joins the Tata Group-owned online grocery and quick commerce platform from Amazon India, where he served as Director, Selling Partner Services. With over two decades of experience across e-commerce, consumer goods and banking, he has held key leadership roles at Amazon, Hindustan Unilever, and Citibank. In his new role, Nanda will lead bigbasket’s operations and growth strategy across its businesses, as outgoing CEO and co-founder Hari Menon transitions to a board and mentorship role.
