PR Companion, the communications arm of Ethane Web Technologies, has been appointed public relations partner for digiCloud Solutions, a Pune-based Salesforce Select Partner.
The mandate covers media relations, executive positioning and thought leadership for digiCloud’s founders and leadership team, with the agency tasked to boost visibility across business and technology publications as the company scales its enterprise CRM and agentic AI capabilities. digiCloud has completed over 200 implementations and works with more than 120 enterprise clients to date.
Lalit Sharma, founder & CEO of PR Companion and Ethane Web Technologies, said many strong B2B technology companies in India stay invisible beyond their own client base, and digiCloud fits that pattern. He noted the company’s track record hasn’t been told publicly, and the agency’s role is to get that substance in front of the right editors and readers rather than manufacture a narrative.
Abhijeet Kate, co-founder and Principal Consultant at digiCloud, said the conversation around agentic AI remains largely aspirational, while real adoption among the company’s manufacturing and retail clients looks different from pitch-deck promises. He cited deployments that go beyond typical dashboards, adding that the partnership aims to close this visibility gap.
