Madhuri Dixit named Madhusudan Frozen’s brand ambassador in a two-year deal

Madhusudan Frozen, the frozen foods arm of the Madhusudan brand, has appointed actor Madhuri Dixit as its brand ambassador for a two-year association. She will front the brand’s communication as it builds awareness and positions its convenient, easy-to-cook range for today’s Indian households.

The range includes farm-picked, rapid-frozen vegetables and ready-to-cook meals, backed by a farmer-to-freezer approach where produce is processed soon after harvest to lock in natural goodness. Madhusudan Frozen Chaaps, positioned as a protein-rich option, are designed for quick preparation and add variety to everyday meals.

Amit Aggarwal, managing director, Madhusudan Frozen, said the launch is an important next step after the brand’s success in dairy, with a clear focus on quality and convenience. He added that Dixit’s strong connect with Indian households and enduring appeal make her a natural partner. Dixit said the brand’s story begins well before food reaches the kitchen, and she finds its link between farm produce and everyday ease relevant to how families cook today.

The move comes as India’s frozen foods market is growing rapidly. According to IMARC, it was valued at Rs 21,659 crore in 2025 and is projected to reach Rs 64,364 crore by 2034, a CAGR of 12.86%, driven by rising demand for convenient meals and changing lifestyles. With Dixit on board, Madhusudan Frozen aims to make frozen foods a more accessible and practical part of everyday Indian cooking.
