Sony LIV is gearing up for a festive family watch with its original film Parivarik ManuRanjan, starring Pankaj Tripathi and Aditi Rao Hydari. The film premieres digitally on 13 November 2026, exclusively on the platform. Billed as a shuddh parivarik experience, it promises a mix of romance, humour and wholesome entertainment, made for a movie night with loved ones.
Tripathi says he was drawn to the film’s simplicity, relatable characters and the small moments of humour that make family stories special. According to him, it has the warmth of family, a touch of romance and the kind of fun that makes for a perfect festive watch.
Hydari describes the film as one that wraps romance, humour and family drama into a single heartfelt package. She enjoyed discovering her character’s quirks and the little ways she connects with everyone around her. Sharing the screen with Tripathi for the first time was a joy, she adds, as his effortless humour made every scene lighter and more fun.
