LS Digital has launched Commerce One, a commerce growth platform that helps consumer brands assess growth opportunities across D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce. It brings together data from more than 10 marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa, along with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
The platform combines a shared data foundation with six products across three stages: Observe, Navigate and Execute. Observe covers digital shelf performance, category and competitor movement, and emerging demand. Navigate uses these inputs to set priorities across products, channels and categories, while Execute focuses on retail media and product-page optimisation. Results from one stage feed into the next, connecting planning with execution.
Commerce One has been piloted with eight brands across personal care, baby care, beauty, beverages, food, home and hardware. According to LS Digital, a skincare brand improved its ROAS by 1x after shifting investment based on Flipkart shelf intelligence. A tea brand grew ad revenue by 25% by aligning restocking and media priorities across six platforms, and a home and furniture brand cut its ACOS by 22% without raising spend.
Prasad Shejale, founder and CEO, LS Digital, said commerce in India is no longer a single-channel game, and the hardest question is now where to invest for growth. Nitin Kumar Kosari, business head, eMarket, LS Digital, said the platform answers questions on scaling products, new launches and inventory and media allocation with data rather than instinct, and carries those answers through to execution.
