With nearly four decades of global leadership experience, he previously held key roles at Tata Consultancy Services, including President & CEO of TCS Japan and Head of UK & Europe. In January 2026, the board named Ganesh Lakshminarayanan as Managing Director and CEO-designate, bringing over 30 years of international management experience.
