Arena Media India, part of Havas Media India, has secured the integrated media mandate for real estate developer Ashiana Housing after a multi-agency pitch. The account will be steered by Manish Sharma, president of Arena Media India, out of the agency’s Gurugram office.
Under the mandate, Arena will oversee Ashiana Housing’s media strategy across traditional and digital channels, along with audience intelligence, strategic partnerships and data-driven media solutions. The scope covers planning and buying, audience targeting, and analytics-backed decision-making.
Ashiana Housing has operated in real estate for over four decades, with a portfolio spanning senior living, kid-centric, and premium housing categories.
Ankur Gupta, joint managing director at Ashiana Housing, said the company sought a partner offering both consumer understanding and integrated media capabilities, adding that Arena’s strategic approach, collaborative mindset and strong understanding of the business made it the right fit.
Uday Mohan, COO of Havas Media and Arena Media India, tied the win to the agency’s current momentum, noting its focus on blending data, technology and human expertise to help brands make faster, smarter decisions.
Archana Aggarwal, chief growth officer at Havas Media Network India, framed the philosophy behind such wins, saying growth stems from understanding audience motivations and turning those insights into experiences that strengthen both brand and business outcomes.
Arena’s recent mandate wins also include Samsung, Aakash Institute, and Keo Karpin – signalling a strong run for the agency in the integrated media space.
