BKT Tyres, the mobility-focused tyre brand from Balkrishna Industries, has unveiled BKT YOU FORWARD, a round-the-clock rider assistance programme designed to support two-wheeler users across India. With the initiative, the company aims to extend its role beyond tyre manufacturing and position itself as a comprehensive mobility partner.
The programme offers 24×7 support through a dedicated helpline and is designed to assist riders during unforeseen situations such as punctures, breakdowns, accidents and other roadside emergencies. Services include towing assistance, roadside repairs, ambulance support, cab arrangements and legal assistance, helping riders access timely support whenever required.
To drive awareness around the launch, BKT Tyres has rolled out a digital-first campaign featuring veteran actor Rakesh Bedi. The campaign showcases relatable everyday riding situations and highlights how quick, reliable assistance can make a significant difference during unexpected disruptions on the road.

He noted that BKT YOU FORWARD has been built around a consumer-first approach, aimed at enhancing rider confidence and ensuring peace of mind throughout every journey.
According to the company, the programme is supported by a robust service infrastructure that includes real-time monitoring and structured escalation mechanisms to ensure efficient customer support.
BKT YOU FORWARD is available through three subscription plans—Basic, Signature and Elite—priced at ₹99, ₹149 and ₹199 respectively. Each plan comes with a validity of two years, offering riders affordable access to emergency support services across the country.
