The festive campaign humorously challenges the familiar “Bhai” image, asking what it really means to be a good brother. In a mock-documentary format, Arbaaz examines the exaggerated swagger, rehearsed one-liners and dramatic poses associated with Bollywood’s larger-than-life brother persona.
Playing on his own connection to the “universal bhai” trope, he turns to camera and delivers the film’s central line: “Main bhai ka bhai hoon,” before urging viewers not to be “aadhe bhaiya” but “achhe bhaiya.”
The message is that affection requires more than performance; it means showing up for siblings. This Rakhi, viewers can open the Blinkit app and order a thoughtful boAt gift, delivered to their doorstep within minutes.
The film promotes boAt’s audio devices, smartwatches and wearables as convenient Rakhi gifting options. It features Rockerz 480 headphones and the Chrome Iris smartwatch, both available through Blinkit and boAt’s retail channels.
A boAt spokesperson said the campaign reframes brotherhood as genuine care rather than theatrical swagger, while making gifting simple through quick-commerce delivery.
Conceptualised and created in-house by boAt, the film was produced by Dryft and directed by Raihan Muhimtule recently.
