Britannia Industries has appointed Siddharth Parakh as Head of Strategy & Business Development, effective August 3, 2026. Parakh joins from Tata Sons’ Group CFO and Strategy Office, bringing 13+ years across corporate strategy, M&A and capital allocation. He’ll lead Britannia’s strategy and business development function going forward.
