Coca-Cola Turns Airport Wait Time into a Refreshing Digital Experience at BLR

Coca-Cola India has launched an app-led activation at Kempegowda International Airport, blending digital engagement with on-ground experiences to connect with travellers in transit.

In partnership with Bangalore International Airport Limited, the initiative invites passengers to sign up on the airport’s Pulse app to receive a complimentary Coca-Cola. QR codes placed across terminals allow travellers to quickly enrol and redeem their drink at designated zones, making the interaction both seamless and rewarding.

At the centre of the activation is a visually striking can-shaped installation spread across terminals, supported by digital screens and airport media placements. The setup is designed to capture attention while guiding passengers through the digital journey, turning idle airport time into an interactive brand moment.

According to Abhishek Gupta, the move reflects a strategic push into high-engagement spaces like airports, where multiple touchpoints allow brands to create meaningful consumer interactions. Echoing this, Devayani DV highlighted the focus on enhancing passenger experience through small yet impactful moments of delight.

Part of Coca-Cola India’s broader travel retail strategy, the activation leverages digital infrastructure to deliver instant gratification. By merging technology with physical presence, the brand is redefining how it engages consumers-right from takeoff to touchdown.
