Creator18, the creator-led platform and Network18 venture, is strengthening its leadership team as it looks to scale its talent roster and develop creator-driven intellectual properties (IPs) for India’s growing creator economy.
The platform is led by Anurag Iyer as CEO, who brings more than 15 years of experience across the creator economy, digital media, content monetisation and culture marketing. Before joining Creator18, Iyer served as CEO of Big Bang Social and previously worked with TikTok, where he contributed to creator monetisation initiatives including Creator Marketplace and TikTok Shop.
Creator18 has also expanded its senior team with professionals from media, entertainment, technology and influencer marketing. Ajitanshu Ramji joins from Collective Artists Network/Meta as Lead, Talent Partnerships and Growth, while Priyanka Ganwani, formerly with Sony Music, takes charge of IP, Content Packaging and GTM. Shrujal Doshi joins from DCAA as Senior Talent Manager, and Mohit Khanduri, previously with Mad Influence, joins as Head of Operations, Influencer Marketing.
The expanded team brings together expertise across talent management, content development, IP creation, brand partnerships and operations.
Creator18 aims to move beyond conventional influencer-brand collaborations by helping creators build long-term IPs, stronger partnerships and sustainable businesses. The platform believes the next phase of the creator economy will be driven by distinctive voices and cultural relevance rather than audience size alone.
Backed by Network18’s media ecosystem, Creator18 currently represents creators across auto, technology, infotainment, luxury, lifestyle, travel and entertainment.
The platform has worked with brands including Meta, Amazon Prime, Airtel, Philips, Google Pixel, Amazon, WPL and Swiggy, and has also executed campaigns for Samsung.
