TVS Motor Company, part of TVS VENU, has restructured its media mandate in India, bringing in new partners to support its fast-growing two- and three-wheeler business. Dentsu Media India has been appointed as the integrated media partner for the country, while the digital media mandate will be shared between Dentsu and Omnicom’s Kinnect.
The remapping comes as the company continues to expand across segments and markets, driven by new-age consumers, products and marketing practices. By pairing scaled, integrated media planning with focused, category-specific digital expertise, TVS Motor aims to strengthen its engagement with audiences across a multi-media landscape.
With consumer behaviour and media consumption shifting constantly, the company plans to use the new partnerships to reach consumers consistently across platforms. The setup is also meant to serve the evolving media needs of its brands, covering both established and emerging segments, with a sharper and more focused approach.
TVS Motor said the collaboration will centre on value maximisation, helping the company build scale while staying agile. The partnerships are also expected to encourage innovation, giving its brands room to experiment with new ways of connecting with audiences as the company grows in India and beyond.
