Himalaya BabyCare highlights motherhood’s emotional journey in new campaign

Himalaya BabyCare has unveiled a new digital campaign for Mother’s Day that celebrates the emotional milestones shared between mothers and their children. Set to the timeless lullaby Chanda Hai Tu, the film captures the heartfelt moments that define a mother’s journey through parenting.

The campaign follows a mother getting her daughter ready for her first day of school. As she prepares her child for this important step, memories from earlier years come rushing back – from baby massage routines and bath times to the everyday acts of care that gradually strengthened their bond. Through these flashbacks, the film reflects on how a child’s milestones are equally emotional and meaningful for mothers.

The story concludes with the daughter hugging her mother before heading to school, symbolising another significant transition in their shared journey.

Speaking about the campaign, Chakravarthi N. V. said the initiative celebrates the many “firsts” of motherhood and the lasting emotions attached to them. He added that the brand aims to support mothers not only through trusted baby care products but also through guidance and reassurance during parenting.

Vishwanath Shetty noted that the campaign combines authentic storytelling with emotionally resonant music to create a relatable narrative. A Tamil version featuring artists including Karthik Raja, Padhmalatha, and Ku. Karthik has also been developed for regional audiences. The campaign will roll out across social and digital platforms in multiple languages.
