JioHotstar has promoted Sameer Tripathy to the role of Director (LCS). In his new position, he will lead key categories including e-commerce, quick commerce, jewellery and lifestyle. Tripathy joined JioHotstar in January 2025 as Account Director and was later elevated to Associate Director. Before joining the streaming platform, he held leadership roles at Viacom18 Media, MX Player, The Viral Fever, ABP News and Eenadu Publication.
