Louis Philippe has launched its Onam Collection 2026 with a campaign featuring comedian and performer Kenny Sebastian. Titled “Get Louis Philippe. Get Onam Right,” the campaign has been conceptualised and executed by Schbang.

The campaign draws on familiar Onam moments – coming home, getting dressed, meeting relatives, gifting, and navigating unsolicited family advice. The hero film is set in a contemporary Malayali home, where a simple request to “wear something nice” spirals into an imagined family inspection. The narrative leans on the idea of “Wardrobe Mallu-fication” to present the collection, using Sebastian’s Malayali roots and observational humour to anchor the campaign’s tone. Three short-form films extend the concept further, focusing on gifting, the festive season and choosing the right outfit.

The campaign is running across social and digital platforms, including Meta and YouTube, through short-form films, collection-led carousels, static creatives and performance content.

Deepika Sabharwal Tewari, head of Marketing at Louis Philippe, said Onam offers a rich, distinctive world to design for, from its prints and colours to the way people come together to celebrate. She called Onam a great equaliser, and said the collection is Louis Philippe’s way of bringing that shared feeling into modern menswear, with Sebastian’s interpretation making it feel like a natural part of the festivities.

Karthik Krishnan, senior creative director at Schbang, said Kenny and Louis Philippe were a natural fit for the collection, both being culturally rooted and authentic, adding that his presence allowed the campaign to sit inside Onam the way Malayalis genuinely experience it.

The collection features Kerala-inspired prints, premium fabrics, embroidery and festive detailing.
