Meta Rolls Out AI Business Assistant to Advertisers Worldwide

Meta Platforms has expanded the beta rollout of its AI-powered business assistant to advertisers and agencies across global markets, strengthening its push to embed artificial intelligence deeper into digital advertising workflows. The tool is now available in multiple languages across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.

Integrated within Meta’s advertising ecosystem, including Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite, the assistant is designed to help businesses improve campaign performance, manage accounts more efficiently and gain clearer insights into advertising results.

The AI assistant can analyse account-level data to offer personalised recommendations, performance benchmarks and optimisation tips. Advertisers can also ask questions in natural language to troubleshoot campaign issues or resolve account-related concerns such as payment failures and account restrictions.

Meta said early beta testing has shown promising results, with businesses using the assistant resolving common account issues more quickly. Some advertisers also reported lower cost-per-result after applying the AI-generated suggestions.

Aesha Karunakaran, CEO of Protein Milkshake, said the tool helped free up time to focus on customers and creativity while encouraging her team to test new marketing strategies. Emi Natividad, director of Social Ads at WebMO, described the built-in assistant as a “game changer” for improving decision-making and speeding up campaign optimisation.

The wider rollout reflects a growing trend among digital platforms to use AI for automating campaign management and improving advertiser support. Meta said it will continue refining the assistant through 2026, with more features expected to support campaign planning and execution.
