Nexus Select Malls, District Team Up for Purple Day Weekend Offers

Nexus Select Malls has partnered with District by Zomato for its Purple Day Weekend Sale, extending its ongoing End of Sadness Sale campaign with app-based offers.

Under the collaboration, District users can avail Rs 1,500 off purchases of Rs 10,000 or more at participating brands across Nexus Select Malls. The offer runs from July 10-12 across the mall operator’s properties in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmedabad. Shoppers can discover deals through the District app, shop at participating brands, and unlock rewards by completing payments within the app itself.

The tie-up brings together Nexus Select Malls’ physical retail footprint with District’s digital platform, reflecting a broader shift among retailers toward app-based offers that connect online discovery with in-store purchases.

Nishank Joshi, Chief Marketing Officer of Nexus Select Malls, said the End of Sadness Sale was built on a simple idea – that shopping should leave people happier than when they arrived – and that this collaboration takes that philosophy further. He noted that today’s shoppers expect more than discounts, seeking convenience, rewards and added value throughout their journey, and that combining Nexus’s retail scale with District’s digital ecosystem is designed to make every purchase feel more rewarding.

The collaboration is positioned as part of the broader End of Sadness Sale campaign, layering digital rewards onto in-mall purchases made over the Purple Day Weekend.
