PhonePe has introduced PulsePro, a new enterprise intelligence platform designed to help businesses make informed decisions using aggregated and anonymised transaction data. Built on the company’s extensive digital payments ecosystem, the platform offers hyperlocal market insights to support expansion strategies, distribution planning and business growth.
PulsePro enables organisations to analyse transaction trends across PhonePe’s vast network of users and merchants, helping them identify growth opportunities, optimise retail expansion, select new store locations and evaluate category performance. The platform is aimed at businesses looking for deeper, data-backed insights to improve strategic decision-making.
The launch builds on PhonePe Pulse, the company’s open data platform introduced in 2021. While PhonePe Pulse will continue to provide publicly accessible insights, PulsePro has been developed specifically for enterprise customers seeking more advanced market intelligence and actionable business analytics.
Commenting on the launch, Karthik Raghupathy, Head of Strategy at PhonePe, said businesses today require meaningful intelligence rather than just large volumes of data. He noted that the growing demand for deeper market insights since the launch of PhonePe Pulse inspired the development of PulsePro, enabling enterprises to make smarter decisions while maintaining high standards of privacy and responsible data usage.
The platform offers insights across key business areas, including category performance, retail network planning, site selection and hyperlocal consumer trends, allowing organisations to better understand market dynamics and customer behaviour.
With PulsePro, PhonePe expands its enterprise offerings by transforming payment ecosystem data into actionable intelligence, helping businesses strengthen planning, improve operational efficiency and unlock new growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making.
