Sony India has unveiled a new brand initiative, ‘Think Wildlife, Think Sony’, aimed at inspiring a broader audience to explore wildlife photography and filmmaking. Building on the success of its earlier platform ‘Think Weddings, Think Sony’, the campaign extends Sony’s imaging narrative into the world of wildlife, positioning the brand as a trusted creative partner for both seasoned professionals and aspiring enthusiasts.
Launched across digital platforms, the campaign focuses on the power of storytelling rather than individual products. It highlights how Sony’s digital imaging ecosystem enables creators to capture fleeting, raw moments from the wild and transform them into compelling visual stories. By doing so, Sony seeks to make wildlife photography more approachable, encouraging enthusiasts to move beyond personal documentation and share their perspectives with wider audiences.
A standout element of the campaign is its distinctive sonic identity. Departing from traditional background scores, ‘Think Wildlife, Think Sony’ introduces an energetic, anthem-led soundtrack designed to be memorable and participative. The anthem reflects Sony’s storytelling philosophy and invites audiences to engage with it creatively-by singing, remixing and sharing it across social platforms-thereby strengthening community participation.
The campaign film captures the essence of wildlife observation, portraying the patience, curiosity and quiet intensity that define the genre. Featuring Indian actress and wildlife enthusiast Malavika Mohanan, the film offers an immersive lens into engaging with nature, reinforcing the idea that wildlife storytelling is an accessible and deeply rewarding creative journey.
