The EPIC Company, formerly IN10 Media Network, has acquihired GenAI-native storytelling studio The Dosa Studios to scale its generative AI operations.
The Dosa Studios’ co-founders, Anwar Khan and Annanyaa Nautiyal, along with key members of the studio’s GenAI team, will join EPIC AI Lab, the company’s co-creation space dedicated to generative AI-led content and storytelling. Nautiyal has been appointed Executive Vice President, Business Development, EPIC AI Lab, while Khan takes on the role of Executive Vice President, GenAI Operations.
The Dosa Studios has built its reputation at the intersection of design, storytelling and generative AI, developing generative workflows and AI-assisted production capabilities – expertise expected to strengthen EPIC’s broader GenAI-led content push.
Aditya Pittie, Managing Director, The EPIC Company, said the calibre of Khan and Nautiyal’s work made them the natural choice to lead the GenAI vertical, calling it a pivotal step in accelerating EPIC AI Lab’s vision.
Nautiyal said joining EPIC gives the studio’s design-technology-narrative foundation the scale and strategic backing to become commercially high-impact. Khan added that generative AI is a new medium for creative cognition, and joining EPIC lets the team go aggressive on building immersive content universes at unprecedented speed.
